If this is not possible, try to keep it around your work and drink water regularly to help prevent dehydration and overheating. The more water you drink, the healthier you will be. For best results and maximum moisture, make sure you are actually drinking water instead of soda, lemonade, energy drink or any other beverage.
2. Stay healthy and eat healthy meals
The better your body's shape, the more your body can cope with extreme temperature stress. Extra body fat and potential health problems will cause your body to overheat and damage faster. Go to the gym often, reduce tobacco, and improve your overall health as much as possible. High-fat, heavy and greasy foods can make you feel bloated and possibly nausea, neither of which is a good combination of extreme temperatures.
