Xinke Protective sets up fire safety workwear factory in 2009, producing a comprehensive range of fire safety clothing for oil and gas, electrical, welding, construction, shipyard, military and chemical industries.

Xinke Protective employs more than 200 stitching workers, and uses 4 fully automated production lines with over 200 facilities to produce 60000 pieces of fire resistant clothes per month.

Production inspection procedures


Production inspection procedures plays an important role for the quality of the fire safety clothing. It is to assess the whole production procedures where are easy to be missed and where are the key section of control.

The manufacturing process has 6 inspection procedures to meet the demands of quality control, from the inspection of accessories and fabrics to semi-finished products, finished products, the re-inspection and finished packaging inspection.
